Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

At Jane Glamour, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before it reaches you. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in original condition
  • The item has all original tags and packaging intact
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You provide photo evidence of the item's condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Damaged items (unless damage occurred during shipping)
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons

How to Return

  1. Contact us at jane@janeglamour.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Send photos of the item clearly showing its condition
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange collection or provide return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money).

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jane@janeglamour.com with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
