How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days via DHL Express to Kampala and major cities. For other areas in Uganda, delivery may take 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You will receive a confirmation once your payment is approved.
Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout includes the product price, import duties and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Yes — we accept returns for unused items in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a Size Guide button with detailed measurements. Our products are sourced from Asian manufacturers — sizes tend to run smaller than European or American sizes. We recommend checking the size chart carefully and sizing up if in doubt.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at jane@janeglamour.com.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Every order is inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Do you deliver outside Kampala?
Yes — we deliver across Uganda. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location. Enter your address at checkout to see available options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the Track My Order page.
